Doug Schott is the Co-Founder of Lawn Solutions and has been working in the lawn care industry since 2006. Over the years, Doug has worked in nearly every aspect of professional lawn care, beginning as a technician in the field and advancing into management.

That hands-on experience has given Doug an extensive understanding of turf health, weed control, insects, and lawn diseases. 

His ability to identify the underlying cause of lawn problems—not just treat the symptoms—plays a major role in how Lawn Solutions develops its programs and recommendations.

Doug believes great lawn care should constantly evolve. He continues to research new products, application methods, and advancements in turf technology to ensure Lawn Solutions customers receive effective, modern treatments designed specifically for the challenges of maintaining healthy lawns in Northern New Jersey.

Chris Charnesky is the Co-Founder of Lawn Solutions and has spent his entire life around landscaping and turf. His passion started at a young age, cutting grass as a kid and developing an early appreciation for what it takes to properly maintain a property.

That experience eventually helped Chris put himself through college, where he earned his degree from Rutgers University in Turf Management. His education, combined with years of hands-on experience, has given Chris an extensive understanding of turf, plants, and overall property health.

Chris brings a different level of knowledge to Lawn Solutions through his extensive plant knowledge and turf management background. His ability to understand how turf, plants, soil, and the surrounding landscape work together is an important part of the expertise behind Lawn Solutions.

Together, Chris and Doug created Lawn Solutions with a shared vision: to build a company focused on quality, innovation, and doing things differently from the typical lawn care company.

Lawn Technician - 10 yrs Exp.

Joe Inzone is an excellent lawn care technician who takes tremendous pride in his work. His attention to detail shows in every property he services, and he takes personal responsibility for making sure his customers’ lawns look their best.

One of Joe’s greatest strengths is communication. He makes sure that any conversation, concern, or request from a customer is passed along to the right person, helping ensure nothing gets overlooked and every customer receives the level of service they expect from Lawn Solutions.

Joe also brings a little friendly competition to the Lawn Solutions team. He isn’t afraid to remind everyone just how good his lawns look—and more often than not, he has the results to back it up.

His combination of pride, attention to detail, communication, and a competitive personality makes Joe an important part of the Lawn Solutions team.

Lawn Technician - 2 Yrs Exp

Robbie Madrid is one of those people who can seemingly do just about anything. Whether he’s out in the field taking care of lawns or back at the shop working on equipment, Robbie brings a wide range of skills to Lawn Solutions.

As a lawn care technician, Robbie takes pride in his work and understands what it takes to deliver the quality our customers expect. But his abilities go well beyond lawn care. Robbie is also an excellent mechanic, with the knowledge and ability to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and keep things running when something inevitably breaks.

His versatility is what really makes Robbie stand out. There isn’t much at Lawn Solutions that Robbie can’t do, and he’s always willing to jump in wherever he’s needed.

Having someone who can be counted on in the field, in the shop, and everywhere in between makes Robbie an invaluable part of the Lawn Solutions team.

Lawn  Technician - 1 Yr Exp

Omar Lopez may be the newest member of the Lawn Solutions team—the rookie, as we like to call him—but he has already made a great impression. From day one, Omar has shown that he takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely wants to become the best technician he can be.

What really stands out about Omar is his desire to learn. It’s not uncommon to catch him reading about lawn care on his own time and then following up with a few questions to make sure he fully understands what he’s learning. He doesn’t just want to know what we do—he wants to understand why we do it.

Omar has the drive to continually improve, and he isn’t afraid to ask questions or learn from the experience of those around him. That kind of attitude, curiosity, and commitment to getting better is exactly what we value at Lawn Solutions.

He may be the rookie today, but with his work ethic and desire to learn, we’re excited to see just how far Omar can go.
